I do not have the spirit of fear but I have the spirit of power, of love, of sound mind and of self-discipline. So I walk in power, I walk in love, I walk in sound mind and self discipline today and always.

I will always lift up my eyes to the mountains, where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let my feet slip, he who watches over me will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

I declare that The Lord watches over me, the Lord is my shade, my defender at my right hand; the sun will not harm me by day, nor the moon by night.

I declare that The Lord will keep me, my family and all families, communities, cities and nations from all harm, he will watch over our lives; the Lord will watch over our coming and going both now and forevermore in the Almighty name of Christ Jesus. Amen.
